  Return Policy  

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may let us know to return or exchange your purchase within 10 business days for better term in eligible condition.

Return & Exchange stipulation :

  • We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any items that have been the tags removed, combed(curly style), damaged, altered such as washed or exposed to smalls like perfume.
  • Return products must be in the undamaged packing. Do not mark, tape or attach anything to the packaging.
    Item must be in new original condition.
  • Shipping and Handling charges will be applied depands on Return or Exchange.
  • Collect shipments will be refused.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for the exchange order to be processed. Exchange orders will be sent out by Regular Service.

  • These items have been drastically reduced. In order to provide you with these savings, we cannot accept Return. When you see the "all sales final" message on the product description page, please know that you will not be able to return the item unless it arrived damaged or defective.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply for Exchange.
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Return Policy

 

  • To receive a full refund after 15% restocking fee, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 10 business days of receiving your order.
  • All returns request after 10 days up to 20 business days of receiving your order are only eligible for a maximum refund of 70%(after restocking fee) of original purchased value.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 20 business days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping and Handling charges will be applied for free ground shipping and discounted shipping for Refund.
  • Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable for refund.
  • Do not send your return order without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Without RMA# on the outside of the box, your package will be refused.

*For the member who buy first time and consider to return, the restocking charge can be waived as long as the returned product is in original condition.


Exchange Policy

  • There is No Charge for Exchange for equal or greater value. Otherwise, 5% restocking fee within 10 business days of receiving your order.
  • All exchange request after 10 business days up to 20 business days of receiving your order is subject to a 10% restocking fee for equal or greater value, otherwise 15% restocking fee.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 20 business days of receiving your order.
  • Re-shipping and handling fee will be charged for exchange orders.
  • However, if you keep or exchange to more than $100 extension hair, free ground and Discounted express shipping charge will not be asked to you for exchange. Otherwise, Original shipping will be charged on original purchase value.
  • Any items returned without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be refused.

    All exchange is acceptable for same item(s).
    (ex. Extension hair to extension hair)

Cancellation Policy

  • Your order is processed automatically and shipped out on the same day for better service. so, most of the time, it is too late to accept your cancellation request.
  • Cancellation will be accepted without cancellation fee till the package is on Processing. Please check your order status with your order number.
    To avoid cancellation Fee and shipping charge, Please confirm your order.
  • If an order is cancelled due to a bad address or a package is refused there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Shipping and Handling charges will be applied for free ground shipping and discounted shipping for cancel or refuse and shipping is not refunded if shippment is made.
    Please check your address before finalizing your order!
  • In case of out of stock, customer will be notified by e-mail and given the option or select another item or cancel that portion of the order. The portion that is in stock will ship.
    Customers who cancel their order due to out of stock are exempt from this.
  • Note: We need your accurate billing name, address and phone, shipping name, address and phone, and EMAIL ADDRESS.
    If we cannot contact you about a problem, your order will not be processed.
